It's time for another drive-through dinner at St. Andrew's UMC! Mark your calendar for Tuesday, June 15! You may pick up your food anytime between 5:30 and 6:15. This time, we would like to offer you the opportunity for in-person fellowship. Once you pick up your food, you may park and stay for a picnic or you may decide to take your food home and wave to the picnic attendees as you leave. If you stay, you may remain in your vehicle to eat or bring your own chairs to eat outside (distanced). You will be able to indicate your preference for a "drive-in" or "drive-through" on the RSVP form. Either way, we hope you plan to enjoy a delicious picnic meal!
Our menu includes hamburgers, hot dogs, assorted toppings (all toppings and condiments will be served on the side), baked beans, fruit salad, and potato chips. Make your choices on the RSVP form (and as before, if your family requires more than five meals, simply fill out the form a second time).
This meal is FREE to everyone. Donations will be accepted to cover the cost of food and supplies. You can make your donation online (link will be available soon) or bring cash or check with you on June 15.
Also - new for this event, our youth will be selling single-serve beverages and desserts as a fundraiser. They will accept cash and credit cards! The money will go toward future missions and/or retreats. Please plan to support them, or bring your own beverage from home.
Your RSVP is needed no later than June 13 to ensure time to buy and prepare food (the sooner, the better). We will send an email reminder to registered participants the night before the event. Here is the link to the form:
